Solid obedience is the foundation of every great gun dog! This 42 day program will focus on all the pillars of basic obedeince with an extra focus on steadieness, retreive, live bird, water and gun introductions! Take advantage of our 14 acres of native prarie in the background, perfect for training your pup! This is not a finished Gun dog program but will set your pup up for success when it's ready for full gun dog training! Dogs must be at least 6 months old to attend. We do not offer full gun dog training at this time, however we do have a list of great referrals!
This Program focuses specifically on the big 5 commands as proficiency in these is essential in building a great gundog. While blending in working routines specifically for working dogs, by the time your pup graduates they will profeciently know the following commands

- Off leash Introduction
- Public distraction training (trips to the hardware store, coffee shops, etc)
- Reactivity Training/Working around other dogs
